Is your original research service end-to-end?

Yes. I’ll work with you on every stage: selecting the right topic, designing the survey, running and promoting it, and finally turning the results into an engaging, well-designed report. I’ll also promote the research to your ideal audience and the media platforms that influence them.

How long does this typically take?

On average, it takes around 6 months from conception to delivery of a compelling research report. For annual research, promotion typically runs for 12 months. For one-off reports, the promotion period can be extended depending on your goals.

How am I billed?

Billing is split into two stages: 50% upfront, and 50% upon delivery of the final report.
Each project includes 12 months of promotion. Promotion beyond that period can continue on a monthly retainer.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

I don’t offer refunds, but you’re free to cancel my services at any stage if you feel it’s not the right fit. Any work completed up to that point will still be delivered.
